Ordered a little more than the job needed? Leftover material can come back. Here is exactly how returns work, so you know before you order.

Returning leftover material
In-stock DeckiWood, CladdiWood, SoffiWood and SnapFence material, including trims and accessories, can be returned within 30 days of your invoice date. Bring your invoice or invoice number.
Refund to your original payment method: 20% restocking fee.
Store credit: 10% restocking fee.
What we can take back
Full-length, uncut pieces that have never been installed.
Clean, unscratched boards with no screw holes, saw marks or weathering.
Material that has been stored flat and covered since it left us.
Unused trims and accessories. Clips, screws and other fasteners only in full, unopened packs.
We inspect every return when it arrives and will decline any piece we could not sell as new.
What we can't take back
Cut or installed pieces.
Opened or partial packs of clips, screws and other fasteners.
Custom lengths.
Special-order colours and other non-stock items.
Clearance items.
Anything returned more than 30 days after the invoice date.
Damaged or wrong items
Check your order at pickup or delivery. If anything is damaged or not what you ordered, tell us within 3 business days and send photos. If the mistake is ours, we replace it or refund it in full, delivery included, with no restocking fee.
Look before you install
Colour can vary slightly between production runs. Lay out and look over your boards before installing them. Installing a board means you accept how it looks.
How to return
Text 403-667-5608 with your invoice number and a photo of the material you want to return.
Once we approve it, bring it to our warehouse at 200 Telson Rd, Unit A, Markham, ON at the time we book with you.
We don't pick up returns, and delivery charges on the original order are not refundable.
Refunds and store credit
Refunds go back to your original payment method after inspection, normally within 5–10 business days. Store credit is added to your account as soon as the return is inspected and is valid for one year from the date it is issued.
Product defects
A defect is not a return. It is covered by our 15-year warranty, which includes fading.
